• Our service provider has isolated the issue to a point in their third-party providers' end. This was further raised to their provider for immediate resolution.

• We have detected an outage at Asian Star Building starting at 12:15PM. This has been raised to our service provider for checking. The service provider has dispatched engineers to check on their end and have alerted their third-party provider as well.
