• Please be advised that we have monitored the IPLC is up around 11:58 PM and has been stable for an hour. IPLC and VPC latency are within the normal range. We have already requested our Internet Service Provider to provide the Reason for the outage, we will provide the RFO once we received them.

• Please be advised that we have monitored that IPLC is currently down, we have already reported to Telstra ISP via Telstra App-Connect Portal, and based on their portal that the IPLC circuit is currently affected by ongoing maintenance with ticket ID: PN266733. Due to the way the network is set up, users are currently failover to the VPN.
