• Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance on July 8, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (PHT). Due to the way the network is set up, users will automatically failover to the VPN when the IPLC becomes unavailable.
