• Please be advised that the outage is restored around 6:57 PM PHT and the latency of VPC is stable for 2 hours and within the normal range.

• Please be advised that our Internet Service Provider observed that they are having an unplanned network outage. Upon investigation, they found a fiber fault due to the ongoing government road works.
The IPLC is a protected service hence the IPLC remains up on an alternate path but could have experienced 56ms switching hits added to the VPC latency due to the longer path.
