[08/22/2022 | 1:15 AM PHT] • Circuit is now seen up. Root cause of the issue is a fault in the submarine cable system system in France. Alarms have been cleared and circuit has been observed stable.

[08/22/2022 | 1:02 AM PHT] • Please be advised that IPLC is down around 12:50 AM PHT, will follow up with Telstra to check what causes now the issue

[08/22/2022 | 12:53 AM PHT] • Please be advised that IPLC has been restored around 11:53 PM PHT. Per Telstra, the reason for the outage is due to dual fiber optics cut via a submarine cable system in France. The circuit is stable for an hour and VPC latency is within the normal range. We will keep on monitoring the stability of the circuit.

[08/21/2022 | 10:36 PM PHT] • Please be advised that we have monitored the IPLC Circuit is currently down around 10:25 PM PHT, we are coordinating with Telstra to resolve the issue. Due to the way the network is set up, traffic automatically failover to the VPN connection and will experience an increase in latency with the VPCs.
