• Please be advised that the affected link is now restored at 9:10 PM PHT and stable for almost 2 hours. Per ISP, there is a power issue with the basement power distribution that turns off all the equipment after the UPS drains. Further investigation revealed that the wiring to the main power distribution was loose.Their team takes action to retighten loose power cables to secure wires. We will send the official RFO once received.

• Please be advised that one of the Data Center uplinks going to our office in the IBM Building is currently being monitored down. We have already raised the issue to our Internet Service Provider to further investigate the issue.
