[26/10/2022| 11:34 AM] •Please be advised that there will be a third-party service provider maintenance on November 03, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PHT) and it will affect our internet and network connectivity across all sites. •Our third-party service provider will be performing a hot swap of a line card on one of their devices to improve reliability and prevent future service interruptions. •During the maintenance window, the third-party service provider advised us that there will be an impact of 50ms switch hits plus loss of protection.
