• In order to improve our network infrastructure and provide increased reliability at our The Ignacia Place (TIP) office in Quezon City, we have scheduled for our third-party provider to conduct an upgrade on their existing equipment. In line with this, a network interruption is expected for them to perform the necessary activities for their upgrade. The expected impact will be a maximum of 2 hours of downtime within the given timeframe. Users onsite accessing the network and internet during this time will experience no connectivity.
