• Activity Details : Our ISP has been successfully restored the IPLC outage yesterday at exactly 11:30 AM (PHT) as well as the backhaul at exactly 2:56 PM (PHT). As per monitoring and observation, IPLC has been up and stable and the NCP VPC’s are now at a normal latency range.
As per our ISP they will provide the official RFO by 03/21/2023 and will provide upon your request.

• Activity Details : We have monitored that our IPLC is currently monitored down, and we are already doing a necessary follow up to our ISP and waiting for their response for a ETR. During this incident time, the traffic will be automatically failover to the VPN connection resulting in increase of latency with the NCP VPCs.

• Activity Details : Our ISP informed us that they discovered a backhaul failure between Makati and Pasig (Philippines). The protected circuit remains operational, but the longer path will result in a +50 ms latency
• Service Impact : +50ms latency on VPC
• Status: Ongoing restoration
