One of our ISP’s supplier(BICS) are seeing a high span loss on the link between Paris and Marseille. BICS have isolate the problem between Montpelier and Pichu. Based on out in-service OTDR test BICS have located the issue in Montepelier. The goal of this maintenance is to investigate and solve this high span loss together with the fiber supplier and the equipment vendor on site in the data center of Montpelier.
