• The Maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the functionality of all site devices and have tested them operationally. Office is now ready for occupancy.

• Please be advised that there is upcoming Building admin maintenance at our office in The Orient Square Building in Ortigas, the maintenance will start at 7:00 AM on April 16, 2022. The building will be shutting down its main power supply and a total blackout for more or less 8 hours in the entire building. The purpose of this maintenance is to guarantee continuous excellent performance of the building electrical system. During the maintenance, LAN and internet connectivity will not be available as we will initiate a graceful shutdown of our network devices, and generator sets will not be operational during the said activity.
