• The partial site connectivity outage has been restored. Our providers engineers are still onsite to provide the full restoration of our connectivity to the internet. An estimated time of restoration (ETR) has not been provided for this, but we will keep you updated with its developments. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

• Please be advised that one of our ISPs is currently monitored down. Neutrinus Building (Baguio) currently experience no internet and LAN connectivity onsite since both links from our 2 Data Center are now down in Neutrinus Building (Baguio). Other sites might experience slowness on their internet connectivity as well. We are currently coordinating this to our ISPs for their investigation and resolution.
