• Event : Infrastructure Maintenance
• Schedule : November 24, 2023 | 3:30PM – 5:00PM
• Activity Details : There will be a planned infrastructure maintenance activity scheduled for November 24, 2023 starting at 3:30PM until 5:00PM where our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units on the 4th and 5th floors will have their batteries replaced. The activity is not expected to last the 1 hour and 30 minutes allocated to it, but users and workstations onsite may be disconnected from the network and internet for 15-20 minutes.
The activity will be divided into phases:
Phase 1 – Two (2) 4th floor UPS will have its batteries replaced. This will be done sequentially ensuring minimal downtime. Only once this is completed will phase 2 start.
Phase 2 – One (1) 5th floor UPS will have its battery replaced.
