• Event : Planned Annual Electrical Preventive Maintenance at IBM Building
• Schedule : September 08, 2024 (Sunday) | 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (PHT Time Zone)
• Activity Details : Our facilities and building administration will be conducting their annual electrical preventive maintenance which entails for scheduled meter replacement for electric meters that are either old or due to a replacement as well as making arrangements for other utility services.

Preventive Maintenance of ATS 1 and ATS 2 Tie Circuit Breaker, LBS 1 and LBS 2. From 8 am to 10 am (2 Hours Total SHUTDOWN “ No Power”) All Floors (B3 – 32nd Floor).
Preventive Maintenance of Transformer 1 and 2 (Repair of Leak). From 10 am to 8 PM with power on all floors supplied by Generator Set.
Testing and Commissioning. From 8 pm to 9 pm with minor fluctuation during the transfer from Back-up Power (Genset) to Normal Power (Meralco).
