• Please be advised that we will have a maintenance activity on April 15, 2022, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM at St. Francis Square Building. The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade the firmware of all network devices on the mentioned office to a more stable version. While the second maintenance will happen on the same day from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, this is part of our continuous effort to provide service reliability, we have filed a change request to conduct this Infrastructure Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plan at St. Francis Square Building. The purpose of the activity is to simulate a BCP failover test on our site. During the given maintenance period, Internet and LAN connectivity on St. Francis Square Building may experience intermittent connection.
