Our facilities and building admin will be conducting another round of load testing due to a technical adjustment needed on their Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS).
This adjustment is essential and cannot be rescheduled to ensure the system’s long-term reliability and efficiency and prevent any potential futures issues.
During these test, IBM Site may experience minor power fluctuations as they transfer normal power to emergency power, and vice versa. We kindly advise you to remind your employees to save their work before the schedule time of the testing and to avoid any unsaved work until the building has fully returned to normal power.
Additionally: elevator will be temporarily out of service at 9:50 AM during the transfer to emergency Power and will be back shortly afterward. and , once the test is completed the elevator will be out of service again to allow for the transfer back to normal.
Note: This is a non-service impacting on our network devices at IBM site as we have an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to sustain the power in the event of minor power fluctuations.
