This is to inform you that there will be a network maintenance activity by one of our Site-to-Data Center providers at JEG site at Cebu. The activity will focus on the software upgrade on one of their core devices in Cebu.
Due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we only expect partial impact on internet and network connectivity of users at site. This may manifest as slow application performance and intermittent VOIIP calls within a 4–5-minute timeframe while automatic failovers/fallback activate.
