• Activity Details :
This is to inform you that there will be a network maintenance activity by one of our Site-to-Data Center providers for our Saint Francis Square site. The activity will focus on their fiber optic cable system upgrade at one of their nodes.
Due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we only expect partial impact on the internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance and intermittent VOIP calls within a 4–5-minute timeframe while automatic failovers/fallback activate.
