Please be informed that one of our Data Center Internet uplink providers will conduct essential maintenance. This activity includes a software upgrade to cater new features and prevent future service interruptions to customer services. During the maintenance window, there will be a number of disruptions to their service, lasting up to 60 minutes.
Due to the configuration of our network with backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on internet and network connectivity. This may result in slow application performance, while remote desktop sessions and VOIP calls may experience intermittent disconnects within a 4-5 minute timeframe as automatic failovers and failbacks are activated.
