• Activity Details :
We would like to inform you of a scheduled service downtime on February 22 and 23, 2025, as part of our essential maintenance and vulnerability remediation efforts. During this period, we will be performing patching activities on our Windows Servers to enhance system security and stability.
Please be advised that each of the following services may experience up to 1 hour of downtime during the maintenance window.
Domain Controller for OTRS Authentication
CCTV Server
Ubiquiti Wi-Fi Controller
PRTG Network Monitor
Primary Domain Controller
Finance Remote Desktop and File Server
SG, North Virginia and Manila DHCP Server
We will work diligently to complete the necessary updates as quickly as possible and minimize any disruption to your monitoring activities.
Note: No impact is expected to our Client/End user operation.
