Please be advised that one of our service providers will conduct an essential software upgrade of their system to enhance the network security and device capabilities.
During the maintenance window, a maximum of 60 minutes of outage on the IPLC is expected. However, due to the way our network is setup, VPC/RDP’s traffic should be automatically failover to the VPN connection that will result to a latency increase on VPC’s/RDP.
