[April 23, 2022 | 11:23AM] • Please be advised that services at one of our Data Centers have been observed down. The current cause is unknown and we are currently in contact with our service provider. Due to only having one uplink to our Data Center, our offices at Angeles and IBM Plaza, Quezon City may experience no connectivity. Users connecting to our VPN are also impacted by this outage, and attempts to connect may fail.

[April 23, 2022 | 12:52PM] • We are currently in contact with our service provider and connections to our offices in Angeles and IBM Plaza, Quezon City have been restored. Our provider is currently working on the remaining issues with our services.

[April 23, 2022 | 5:42PM] • Issues relating to the unexpected power outage at one of our Data Centers have been resolved. All systems should be operational at this time. The incident report for this issue will be provided once released by our service provider.
