Hi Team,
We would like to inform you that one of our site-to-data center link providers has detected an issue on one of their devices, at their node facing our SFS site, that could potentially lead to a major service disruption. They will be replacing the affected device to address the issue.
Due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance, while remote desktop sessions and VOIP calls may experience intermittent disconnects within a 4–5-minute timeframe while automatic failovers/failback activate.
