• Activity Details : Please be advised that one of our site-to-data center uplink providers will be conducting an emergency fiber cable relocation activity due to the ongoing telecommunication lines removal within Clark, Pampanga.
Due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance, while remote desktop sessions and VOIP calls may experience intermittent disconnects within a 4-5 minute timeframe while automatic failovers/failback activate.
