Please be informed that our service provider has started emergency maintenance today to repair the subsea cable.
This activity will last until May 14, 2025, at 7:59 AM(PHT).
During the maintenance window, a loss of service on the IPLC Connectivity is expected. However, due to the way our network is setup, traffic should be automatically failover to the VPN connection that will result to a latency increase on VPC/RDP’s.
