• Activity Details:
We would like to inform you that one of our service providers will be performing a power module replacement. This activity is intended to ensure that their CPE building node remains operational during any power interruptions or maintenance activities within the building.
During the maintenance window, there will be a 3-4hours test window, with an expected disruption of 30 to 45 minutes. However, due to our network's configuration, which includes backup circuits, we expect only a partial impact on the internet and network connectivity, as we have automatic failovers in place.
