• The issue has been resolved by RISE Team, by replacing failed optics and local loop provider replaced the whole fiber segment and conducted OTDR reading. Full incident report can be extracted on the email thread with subject "Scheduled Maintenance | Jan. 19, 2022 | Packet Loss"

[1/27/2022 | 11:43 AM] • As advised by RISE local loop provider, their team is now preparing to replace a 1 km fiber segment due to high loss and they are now processing permits. They will be onsite before noon. Please be advised that during replacement, downtime will occur as the circuit will be transferred from the affected FOC to the new FOC. ETR is 7 PM.
Kindly note that your service will still be UP since it will be routed to our alternate path. Only the link between RCBC Plaza to TIM Carmona will experience downtime.
