No Traffic Traversing on Manila to UK IPLC

[1/25/2022 | 2:55 PM] • Please be advised that we monitored no traffic traversing on your IPLC circuit at 2:55 PM today (PH Time). We already reported this to our provider to further check the issue. Will keep you posted for any latest updates once we received them from the provider. Please let us know if you have further questions.

[1/25/2022 | 8:00 PM] • Manila to UK IPLC is observed UP as of 8:18PM. Telstra has re-routed traffic to an alternate path and traffic is now seen on our network monitor. They have stated this is an ad hoc restoration and some latency is to be expected. Root cause of the issue as per Telstra, there is a submarine cable outage between Singapore and Malaysia and the alternate path for the traffic may also be impacted by an ongoing network/submarine cable fault.

[1/26/2022 | 10:14 PM] • Telstra have stated that the fault has already been cleared, per checking on the monitoring the latency is now back to normal.
