[07/14/2022 | 5:20 PM PHT] • As part of our continuous effort to provide service reliability, we filed a change request to conduct an Infrastructure Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plan at IBM Building, Quezon City on July 31, 2022 (Sunday) from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The purpose of the activity is to simulate a BCP failover testing on our site. The whole site will be experiencing intermittent LAN and internet connectivity during the maintenance period.

[19/07/2022 | 6:27 AM] •Please be advised that there will be a scheduled maintenance on July 28, 2022 – July 29, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM (PHT) •Our service provider will perform essential software upgrade to improve performance and prevent future service interruptions to customer services. •During the maintenance window, our service provider advised us of the expected impact of 50ms switch hits and loss of protection within the change window.

Our service provider will perform maintenance with vendor for shelf replacement due to “corrupt data inventory”. • During the maintenance window, our service provider has advised us of an expected impact of 50ms switch hits.

Network and Internet 10155672 | JMT | Unplanned | Data Center Uplink going to JMT Building Ortigas is down

[07/17/2022| 12:06] •Please be advised that one of the Data Center uplinks going to our office in JMT Building Ortigas was monitored down around 12:06 AM July 16, 2022 and has been monitored up around 12:29 AM July 16, 2022. This was already raised to our Service Provider for further checking the root cause of this downtime. We will continue to monitor this for stability.

[07/15/2022| 2:42 PM] •Please be advised that a power interruption is scheduled for today at 6:00 PM – 6:15 PM for testing of Single-Phase Protection. Building administrator has advised that the impact would be a 4-time power fluctuation (less than 1 minute downtime or power loss).

Power Ticket#10154563 | Neutrinos Building | Unplanned Power Interruption

[12/07/2022 | 6:13 AM] • Please be advised that there is an ongoing power outage at Neutrinos Building that occurred at around 6:03 AM. We're still in coordination with the building admin to know the details of the power outage. Currently, the building supply is running on genset. We will keep you posted on any updates. [12/07/2022 | 10:57 AM] •Please be advised that main power has now been restored at our EMAPTA Baguio office since 10:13 AM today, July 12, 2022. •All network devices are currently operational and reachable. No alerts relating to the power outage has been observed. The power supply for the building has been stable since it was restored but we will continue monitoring throughout the day.
