• Event : Planned Internet Service Provider Maintenance.

• Schedule: December 18, 2022 (Sunday) | 12:00 MN to 5:00 AM (PHT).

• Backup Schedule: January 08, 2023 (Tuesday) | 12:00 MN to 5:00 AM (PHT).

• Activity Details: One of our internet service provider will be conducting a tunnel modification to optimize their transport network and to provide more stable link and reliable connection.

Service Impact: During the maintenance window, there would be a latency increase of 50ms switch hits on the internet and network connectivity at our SFS site.

• Event: Planned SSL Certificate Update on Access Points

• Scheduled: December 8, 2022 (Wednesday) | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (PHT).

• Details: There will be an update on the SSL Certificates of Access Points on the mentioned sites. The WI-Fi users on the mentioned sites will experience a 15-20 minute intermittency on their wireless connectivity.

• Event : Firewall SSL VPN Certificate Update

• Scheduled : December 7, 2022 (Wednesday) | 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM (PHT)

• Details: This activity will patch the newly provided certificate into our firewall since our current SSL VPN certificate is about to expire on December 30, 2022.

• Service Impact: None

• Notes: Completed with no issues encountered.

• Event : Power Service Interruption.

• Unscheduled : December 04, 2022 (Sunday) | 12:30 PM (PHT).

• Details: No power has been observed at ASB.

• Service Impact: Building Power Supply

• Event : Power Service Interruption.

• Unscheduled : December 01, 2022 (Thursday) | 5:01 PM – 6:13 PM (PHT).

• Details: The building main power line is now back on its normal operation as of 6:13 PM (PHT). We are still in coordination with the building admin in NTB site to get the root cause of this power service interruption.

• Service Impact: Partial Impact on Building Power Supply - Recovered.

• Event : Power Service Interruption.

• Unscheduled : December 01, 2022 (Thursday) | 5:01 PM (PHT) - Ongoing.

• Details: There is an ongoing power outage at NTB site and we are still in coordination with the building admin to know the details of the power outage. Currently, the building supply is running on genset.

• Service Impact: Partial Impact on Building Power Supply

• Event: IPLC Connectivity Outage

• Unscheduled: November 29, 2022 (Tuesday) | 10:22 PM (PHT) - November 30, 2022 (Wednesday) | 3:42 AM

• Details: The IPLC link is currently down and has been reported to the Internet Service Provider for further investigation.

• Service Impact: Automatic VPN failover may result in increased latency.
