• Details: The IT Team has detected authentication issues affecting wireless devices in our EMAPTA offices. Those that are affected may have trouble connecting to our wireless network. Those that are already connected to the network remain unaffected.

• Update: The Wireless authentication issue has been restored. We have tested the affected services and has been confirmed operational.

• Activity This activity maintenance is not yet started as initially scheduled due to no personnel yet from our service provider arrived at our GDB Office. Our team already made a necessary follow up to them and will update you accordingly.

• Event : Internet Service Provider Abnormal Parameters Correction

• Activity Details: One of our internet service provider has seen abnormal parameters with our circuit that causes issues on the internet connectivity at our GDB site. As per our internet service provider they will be conducting a remote and on-site testing to avoid the re-occurring alarm with abnormal parameters on our circuit.

• Service Impact: During the maintenance windows, there would be 30 minutes to 1 hour downtime on the internet uplink.

•The Maintenance has been completed successfully, we have tested the affected circuit, and has been proven operational.

• Activity Details: Our infrastructure team has been successfully upgraded our Fortinet to its latest version which is 7.2.3. EMAPTA VPN Users should be able to connect now.

• Event : Fortinet Version Upgrade

• Schedule : December 13, 2022 (Tuesday) | 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details: Our infrastructure team will be upgrading our Fortinet software version from 7.2.2 to 7.2.3 to remediate an identified security vulnerability found by Fortinet support with the 7.2.2 version.

• Service Impact: During the maintenance window, the EMAPTA VPN connectivity will be unavailable for 30 minutes and VPN users will not be able to connect.
