• Activity Details: Our team is currently waiting a confirmation from our internet service provider if this activity is already completed as we have not yet received any updates and seems not yet executed. We are now doing necessary follow ups to get the current status of this activity.

• Details : IPLC is currently down and has been reported to our Internet Service Provider for further investigation.

• Service Impact : Increased latency on VPCs

• Status: Circuit was restored, per initial investigation, the outage was caused by a dual fiber cut in the ISP's terrestrial network.

• Event : Unplanned Internet Service Provider Network Outage.

• Details : One of our circuit uplinks is currently monitored as down. We are already coordinating this to our internet service provider and waiting for their response. Just a partial to NO impact should be expected as we have another circuit uplink available to our internet gateway.

• Update: Isolation to be continued tomorrow, fault found 110m away from the switch.

• Status: The circuit was restored.
