• Activity Details: Our team is currently waiting a confirmation from our internet service provider if this activity is already completed as we have not yet received any updates and seems not yet executed. We are now doing necessary follow ups to get the current status of this activity.

• Activity Details: Our internet service provider informed us that the scheduled maintenance activity will be deferred on the Primary schedule provided due to operational issues. With this, They will proceed on the Backup scheduled maintenance activity.

• Details : IPLC is currently down and has been reported to our Internet Service Provider for further investigation.

• Service Impact : Increased latency on VPCs

• Status: Circuit was restored, per initial investigation, the outage was caused by a dual fiber cut in the ISP's terrestrial network.
