• Activity Details: One of our internet service provider will be replacing an AAE1 Card on one of their devices to clear the “ Temperature out of Range “ alarm. During the maintenance window, a latency increase of 50 switch hits plus loss of protection will be experience.

• Service Impact: Latency Increase on NCP IPLC Connectivity

• Status: Activity Completed

• Event : Internet Service Provider Cable Maintenance

• Schedule : January 09, 2023 (Monday) – 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM (PHT) - Successfully Completed

• Activity Details : Our internet service provider has been successfully completed this cable maintenance activity. The affected internet circuit was observed to be stable and operational as usual after the activity.

• Event : Internet Service Provider Cable Maintenance

• Schedule : January 09, 2023 (Monday) – 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our internet service provider will be carrying out a cable maintenance in Hong Kong. During the maintenance window, the internet circuit uplink will experience a latency increase of 50ms switch hits plus loss of protection.

• Root Cause: Under investigation

• Additional Notes: Power testing on site has been completed as confirmed by Building Administration at 11:00 PM.

• Schedule : December 29, 2022 (Monday) |12:02 PM (PHT) - 1:48 PM (PHT)

• Details: IPLC is currently down and has been reported to our Internet Service Provider for further investigation.

• Service Impact: Increased latency on VPCs

• Status: Restored

• Root Cause: Network outage on the Philippine backhaul segment.
