• Activity Details :

Our service provider will be continuing the migration on one of their router devices dated on the 4th to the 5th of March 2024.

The continuation is dated on the 7th to the 8th of March, 2024 from 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM.

During the maintenance activity, there will be a 10 – 20 minutes downtime on our network and internet connectivity.

We apologize for any inconvenience it might have cause.

• Event : Suspected cable fault

• Schedule : March 5, 2024 - Ongoing

• Activity Details : Our support team has engaged our subsea cable partner in performing investigation and isolation. Both cable stations have completed the tests. The results are now under assessment by marine team.

• Service Impact : Partial Internet and network Connectivity - All sites
