• Activity Details: Please be advised that the circuit is now back up as of 3:39 PM (PHT).

We will be monitoring its stability and will coordinate with our service provider for the root cause analysis which will be available upon request.

• Event : Intermittent Internet Outage

• Activity Details : Please be advised that we are observing intermittent internet connectivity on one of our internet gateways.

Restoration efforts are already underway. Some services may experience performance issues due to increased traffic on the available lines.

Due to the way our network is setup, only partial impact on internet and network connectivity is expected as we have another internet circuit uplink available that serve as a backup.

• Incident Date/Time: June 19, 2024 (Wednesday) | 1:16 AM – 2:13 (PH Time) - RESTORED

• Activity Details : We have observed that as of 3:04 AM that the affected circuit was UP and been stable for almost an hour now.

We’ll follow up our service provider for their findings.

• Service Impact : Partial Impact on Internet and Network Connectivity

• Incident Date/Time: June 19, 2024 (Wednesday) | 1:16 AM - Ongoing

• Activity Details : We have observed that one of our internet circuit at SCT site is down and were already coordinated this to our service provider for their further checking.

But due to the way our network is setup, only partial impact on internet and network connectivity is expected as we have another internet circuit uplink available that serve as a backup.

• Event : Partial Network Outage – Asian Star Building

•Incident Date/Time: Unplanned Network Outage - Restored

• Activity Details :Please be advised that the circuit is now back up as of 11:43 PM (PHT).

We will be monitoring its stability and will coordinate with our service provider for the root cause analysis which will be available upon request.

• Event : Partial Network Outage – Asian Star Building

• Incident Date/Time: Unplanned Network Outage

• Activity Details : We have observed that one of our internet uplink at our Asian Star Building (ASB) site is currently down. We are now coordinating with our third-party provider for further checking.

Due to the way our network is setup, minimal to no impact is expected as another uplink is available as backup.

• Incident Date/Time: June 14, 2023 (Friday) | 3:45 PM (PHT) – RESTORED

• Activity Details: Our uplink device has been replaced, and the uplink redundancy onsite has been restored and confirmed to be stable. We will continue to monitor for stability.

• Activity Details : We have observed that one of our uplink devices at our Orient Square Building (Ortigas) site is currently down. The team is currently investigating this issue.
