• Event: Installation of Additional Uninterruptible Power Supply

Hi Team,

As part of on-going efforts to improve service reliability and network availability, one of our service providers will conduct maintenance to install an additional uninterruptible power supply on their network equipment.

During the maintenance window, a maximum of 2 hours interruption on one of our OSB Site to Datacenter Circuit is expected. However, due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only a partial impact on internet and network connectivity as we have automatic failovers in place.

During the failover process, you may experience brief disruptions on any of the following below:

• Choppy or Dropped VoIP Calls – Poor audio quality, delays, or dropped calls on platforms like Zoom, Teams, or Skype.
• Delayed Emails & Messages – Slower delivery of emails (Outlook, Gmail) and messages in chat apps like Slack and Teams.
• Latency Issues – Delays in response times, particularly for real-time applications.
• Remote Desktop (RDP) Disruptions – Lag, session timeouts, or disconnections when accessing remote systems.

• Service Impact: Partial Impact on Internet and Network Connectivity

• Event: Partial network and internet connectivity disruption

• Schedule: July 18, 2025 (Friday) | 2:41 AM (PHT) – On going

• Activity Details: This is to inform you that 2 of our site-to-data center uplinks are monitored down. Site is currently UP on its tertiary link. This has been reported to the concerned third-party provider.

Due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance, while remote desktop sessions and VOIP calls may experience intermittent disconnects within a 4-5 minute timeframe while automatic failovers/failback activate.

• Service Impact: Partial Network Interruption– SM Clark Building, Pampanga

• Event: Zero to minimal impact on internet connectivity

• Schedule: July 12, 2025 (Saturday) | 1:41 AM – 1:48 AM (PHT)-Restored

• Activity Details: We would like to inform you that one of our Internet uplinks has experienced brief interruption from 1:41AM to 1:48AM (PHT). This has been reported to our provider for further investigation.

Due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance, while remote desktop sessions and VOIP calls may experience intermittent disconnects within a 4-5 minute timeframe while automatic failovers/failback activate.

• Service Impact: Intermittent internet and network connectivity - All sites

• Event: Partial Network Connectivity Interruption

• Schedule: July 11, 2025 (Friday) | 7:07 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details: We would like to inform you that one of our site-to-datacenter circuit has experienced interruption around 7:07 AM. This has been reported to our provider for further investigation.

Due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance, while remote desktop sessions and VOIP calls may experience intermittent disconnects within a 4-5 minute timeframe while automatic failovers/failback activate.
