[2/11/2022 | 10:12 PM] • In order to improve our network infrastructure and provide increased reliability at our The Ignacia Place (TIP) office in Quezon City, we have scheduled for our third-party provider to conduct an upgrade on their existing equipment. In line with this, a network interruption is expected for them to perform the necessary activities for their upgrade. The expected impact will be a maximum of 2 hours of downtime within the given timeframe. Users onsite accessing the network and internet during this time will experience no connectivity.

[2/12/2022 | 2:09 PM] • The maintenance has been completed successfully, we have tested our devices and no alerts have been observed. LAN and internet connectivity are confirmed up and running.

[2/09/2022 | 10:04 PM] • As part of our continuous effort to provide service reliability. We filed a change request to conduct an Infrastructure Risk Analysis and mitigation plan at Asian Star Building on February 12, 2022 (Saturday) from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The purpose of the activity is to simulate a BCP failover testing on our site. The whole site will experience intermittent LAN and internet connectivity during the maintenance period.

No Traffic Traversing on Manila to UK IPLC

[2/5/2022 | 2:04 PM] • Traffic has been observed traversing the circuit as of Feb. 5, 2022, 12:00PM Philippine time. The circuit has also been confirmed up by our service provider. We are currently chasing them for the official Reason for Outage and will provide the Incident Report when we receive it.

[2/4/2022 | 11:15 AM] • Please be advised that we monitored no traffic on the Manila to UK IPLC. We have already alerted our third-party provider and they have seen the same on their end. Their local-loop provider on the Philippine end has observed port down status , LOS alert, and are unable to get an optical reading on the affected port.
