[3/19/2022| 5:00 PM] • Please be advised that BENECO power interruption has been completed and Pilando Center is now running on the main power supply. No issues related to the power interruption has been observed. Let us know if you have further questions

[3/16/2022 | 10:50 AM] • BENECO scheduled a power interruption affecting the whole Pilando Center Building in Baguio on March 19, 2022, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Power fluctuations are expected as the building supply will be switching from normal electrical supply to the genset supply and vice versa. No impact is expected on our network connectivity and infrastructure as we have Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) backup power for our network devices, during the switching of building electrical supply. [3/16/2022 | 1:28 PM] • Please be advised that we will conduct a maintenance activity on March 19, 2022, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN in the following Emapta offices, The Ignacia Place(TIP), JMT Building, and JAKA Building(JKB), The purpose of this maintenance are to upgrade the firmware of all network devices on the mentioned offices to a more stable version. During the maintenance, Internet and LAN connectivity on the mentioned offices may experience intermittent connection. If there are any questions, please let us know.

Ticket#10130999 | Unplanned Partial Network Interruption - Unscheduled

[3/18/2022 | 9:35 PM] • The network interruption experienced earlier has been resolved as of 6:20 PM today as per our provider. The circuit has been observed stable for the past several hours and no additional alerts are seen on our circuits. Our provider is currently coordinating their teams to investigate the root cause and is targeting to provide the official incident report for this by March 24, 2022. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this.

[3/18/2022 | 5:40 PM] • Please be advised of an ongoing network interruption on one of our providers circuits. We have observed this today, Friday at 4:15 PM and have raised this to the provider. Due to the way our network is set up, users working onsite and users remoting to their workstations will experience minimal interruption as all traffic will be re-routed to other available uplinks. Updates will be provided when we receive them. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this.

[3/17/2022 | 8:10 PM] • Generator testing at The Ignacia Place (TIP) site has finished on schedule. The building is now operating on normal power. No downtime was recorded on our network devices. If there are any questions, please let us know.

[3/17/2022 | 2:48 PM] • Please be advised that The Ignacia Place Building Admin scheduled an emission testing of generator set today March 17,2022 from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. Both 6th and 7th floor will be affected and 2x Power Flickering / Fluctuation within 10 minutes will be expected during the maintenance period. Our UPS capacity can cover the impact of the outage hence, no downtime should be expected on our network devices. However, the power fluctuation might impact the workstations of our staffs who are working onsite and working from home that remote access their workstations onsite. If there are any questions, please let us know.

The aim of this activity is to address vulnerabilities on our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units. During the maintenance, our network devices will be shut down as the UPS will need to power cycle. No internet and network connectivity is expected during the power cycle.
