[4/16/2022 | 6:00 PM] • The Maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the functionality of all site devices and have tested them operationally. Office is now ready for occupancy.

[3/8/2022 | 7:34 AM] • Please be advised that there is upcoming Building admin maintenance at our office in The Orient Square Building in Ortigas, the maintenance will start at 7:00 AM on April 16, 2022. The building will be shutting down its main power supply and a total blackout for more or less 8 hours in the entire building. The purpose of this maintenance is to guarantee continuous excellent performance of the building electrical system. During the maintenance, LAN and internet connectivity will not be available as we will initiate a graceful shutdown of our network devices, and generator sets will not be operational during the said activity. Please let us know if there are any questions.

[4/16/2022 | 8:00 AM] • Please be advised that the Annual Preventive Maintenance at St. Francis Square Building has been completed successfully. All affected services and network devices have been tested and confirmed functional.

[3/12/2022 | 7:23 AM] • Please be advised that there is upcoming building admin maintenance at our office in St. Francis Square Building in Ortigas, the maintenance will start at 11:00 PM on April 15, 2022, until 8:00 AM on April 16, 2022. The transformers together with the switch gears and other electrical accessories will be inspected and recalibrated if necessary by a third-party contractor, There will be a total electrical shutdown and generator sets will not be active during the activity. During the maintenance, LAN and internet connectivity will not be available as we will initiate a graceful shutdown of our network devices. Please let us know if there are any questions.

[3/24/2022| 2:41 PM] • While the second maintenance will happen on April 10, 2022 (Sunday) from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, as part of our continuous effort to provide service reliability, we have filed a change request to conduct this Infrastructure Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plan at Emapta Pilando Center Baguio. The purpose of the activity is to simulate a BCP failover test on our site. During the given maintenance period, Internet and LAN connectivity on the Emapta Baguio office may experience intermittent connection.

[3/16/2022 | 10:50 AM] • BENECO scheduled a power interruption affecting the whole Pilando Center Building in Baguio on March 19, 2022, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Power fluctuations are expected as the building supply will be switching from normal electrical supply to the genset supply and vice versa. No impact is expected on our network connectivity and infrastructure as we have Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) backup power for our network devices, during the switching of building electrical supply.
