[4/26/2022 | 10:23 PM] • Please be advised that there is an upcoming maintenance activity on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PHT) with an expected impact of an additional latency and loss of protection via their circuit.

[4/19/2022 | 2:34 PM] • Please be advised there will be a scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Provider. The maintenance window will be from 6:00PM to 12:00MN, April 27, 2022 (PHT). During the maintenance window, Our internet service provider has advised us of potential increase on latency via their circuit.

[4/24/2022| 5:38 PM] • Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the functionality of all site devices and have tested operationally.

[4/18/2022| 3:53 PM] • Please be advised that there is upcoming power maintenance at our office in JMT Building in Ortigas. Meralco will shutdown the JMT Power Center to give way to their annual inspection and tightening of terminals on April 24, 2022 (Sunday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PHT). During the maintenance, generator sets will not be available and our internet connectivity onsite will also not be available as we will initiate a graceful shutdown of our network devices.

[April 23, 2022 | 11:23AM] • Please be advised that services at one of our Data Centers have been observed down. The current cause is unknown and we are currently in contact with our service provider. Due to only having one uplink to our Data Center, our offices at Angeles and IBM Plaza, Quezon City may experience no connectivity. Users connecting to our VPN are also impacted by this outage, and attempts to connect may fail.

[April 23, 2022 | 12:52PM] • We are currently in contact with our service provider and connections to our offices in Angeles and IBM Plaza, Quezon City have been restored. Our provider is currently working on the remaining issues with our services.

[April 23, 2022 | 5:42PM] • Issues relating to the unexpected power outage at one of our Data Centers have been resolved. All systems should be operational at this time. The incident report for this issue will be provided once released by our service provider.
