[08/04/2022 | 3:49 PM PHT] • Please be advised that our network service provider will be conducting a network maintenance activity on August 13, 2022, Saturday from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM. There will be a three (3) minute service interruption within the maintenance window. Due to the way our network is set up, we are expecting minimal to no impact on EMAPTA network services as traffic will be re-routed to our other available uplinks.

[05/08/2022 | 2:54 PM] • Please be advised that our network service provider has amended the network maintenance activity to be done on August 13, 2022, Saturday from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM. • The new schedule for the maintenance is moved to August 13, 2022, Saturday from 4:00 AM – 5:00 AM

[13/08/2022 | 6:32 AM] • Please be advised that our Internet Service Provider has cancelled the maintenance that was supposed to be done earlier today August 13, 2022, Saturday from 4:00 AM – 5:00 AM. • The maintenance will be moved to another schedule due to an unexpected technical issue on our service provider’s end. • We will be providing updates on the updated schedule as soon as it is available.

[08/04/2022| 8:18 AM] • Please be advised that there will be a scheduled maintenance on August 9, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (PHT). Our service provider will perform a necessary card replacement. During the maintenance window, our service provider advised us of an expected impact of 50ms switch hits plus loss of protection within the change window.

[06/08/2022 | 11:33 AM] • Please be advised that one of our data centre uplinks going to Neutrinos building is currently down. One of our data centre uplinks is still active and the impact onsite should be minimal to no impact. We have raised the issue to our Internet Service Provider for further investigation. • Further updates will be sent as soon as they are available.

[06/08/2022 | 1:08 PM] Our internet service provider has confirmed that the uplink is affected by an unplanned network outage. They are currently investigating the root cause of the issue.

[06/08/2022 | 2:46 PM] -Providing an update on the case, our internet service provider is currently conducting isolation at the site. -Further updates will be sent as soon as they are available.

[06/08/2022 | 6:44 PM] Please be advised that one of our data center uplinks going to Neutrinos building was already monitored up and stable since 3:22 PM today. We will continue to monitor for the whole day to ensure stability. We already request an official RFO from our service provider and will provide it upon request.

[02/08/2022 | 3:18 PM] • Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance from August 6, 2022 (Saturday) to August 7, 2022 (Sunday) to be conducted by our IT Infrastructure team in one of our data centers. The maintenance window will be from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (PHT). • During the maintenance window, the minimal impact is expected. • Due to the way the network is set up, users will automatically failover to the secondary DHCP and DNS while downtime will be expected on the VPN.

[August 4, 2022 | 3:13 PM] Please be advised that one of our Data Center uplinks going to our office in Pilando Center, Baguio has been monitored down around 3:13 PM August 4, 2022 (Thursday) and has been monitored up and stable since 3:18 PM, August 4, 2022 (Thursday). We have already raised the issue to our Service Provider for further checking and investigating the issue. Will continue to monitor for stability.

[08/04/2022 |12:49 AM] • Please be advised that the affected uplink is now monitored up at 11:43 AM and has been stable for more than an hour. We will continue to monitor the uplink for stability, and we have already requested an official Incident Report from our Internet Service Provider. Rest assured that we will provide updates as soon as they are available.
