[08/12/2022 | 11:52 PM] • Please be advised that one of our Internet Service Providers will conduct scheduled maintenance on August 20, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM (PHT). The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade their edge router to improve router stability and reliability. During the maintenance window, one of our Internet Service Provider uplink is still active and the impact onsite should be minimal.

[08/10/2022 | 9:38 PM PHT] • As part of our continuous effort to provide service reliability, we filed a change request to conduct an Infrastructure Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plan at PNB Building Makati on August 14, 2022 (Sunday) from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The purpose of the activity is to simulate a BCP failover testing on our site. The whole site will be experiencing intermittent LAN and internet connectivity during the maintenance period

Network and Internet Ticket#10161389 | August 11, 2022 | IPLC | IPLC Outage

[08/11/2022 | 11:48 PM PHT] • Please be advised that the IPLC circuit is restored around 10:28 PM PHT and stable for an hour, VPC latency is within the normal range. We will keep on monitoring the stability of the circuit.

[08/11/2022 | 10:37 PM PHT] • We received an update from Telstra that they observed a major outage 10G bearer between London - Marseille Bearer. They also confirmed that the alternate path might already be impacted by an existing and/or ongoing network or subsea cable fault causing the IPLC circuit service to be totally down. They are working now with the high-priority management team for faster restoration of the issue. Will provide an update as soon as we received them.

[08/11/2022 | 7:38 PM PHT] • Please be advised that we have monitored the IPLC Circuit is currently down around 7:13 PM PHT, we are coordinating with Telstra to resolve the issue. Due to the way the network is set up, traffic automatically failover to the VPN connection and will experience an increase in latency with the VPCs.

[06/08/2022 | 11:33 AM] • Please be advised that one of our data centre uplinks going to Neutrinos building is currently down. One of our data centre uplinks is still active and the impact onsite should be minimal to no impact. We have raised the issue to our Internet Service Provider for further investigation. • Further updates will be sent as soon as they are available.

[06/08/2022 | 1:08 PM] Our internet service provider has confirmed that the uplink is affected by an unplanned network outage. They are currently investigating the root cause of the issue.

[06/08/2022 | 2:46 PM] -Providing an update on the case, our internet service provider is currently conducting isolation at the site. -Further updates will be sent as soon as they are available.

[06/08/2022 | 6:44 PM] Please be advised that one of our data center uplinks going to Neutrinos building was already monitored up and stable since 3:22 PM today. We will continue to monitor for the whole day to ensure stability. We already request an official RFO from our service provider and will provide it upon request.
