The maintenance window will be from 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM (PHT). • Our service provider will be performing a hardware maintenance. • During the maintenance window, our service provider advised us of an expected impact of 50ms switch hits plus Loss of Protection within the change window.

[08/23/2022 | 8:25 PM PHT] • As part of our continuous effort to provide service reliability, we filed a change request to conduct an Infrastructure Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plan at BDO Equitable Tower Building Makati on August 28, 2022 (Sunday) from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The purpose of the activity is to simulate BCP failover testing on our site. The whole site will be experiencing intermittent LAN and internet connectivity during the maintenance period.

[08/23/2022 | 9:10 PM PHT] • Please be advised that Neutrinus Building main power was back around 8:54 PM PHT. We are still in coordination with the Building admin in NTB to get the root cause of this power interruption.

[08/22/2022 | 7:56 PM PHT] • Please be advised that there is an unplanned power outage on Neutrinus Building Baguio around 7:06 PM today. The building is currently running on a power generator

[08/23/2022 | 12:14 AM PHT] • Please be advised that the issue earlier in GELDC after the troubleshooting was a network outage, the circuit was restored around 11:17 PM PHT and the circuit is stable for almost an hour. We will keep on monitoring the stability of the circuit and chase the ISP for the RFO.

[08/22/2022 | 1:15 AM PHT] • Circuit is now seen up. Root cause of the issue is a fault in the submarine cable system system in France. Alarms have been cleared and circuit has been observed stable.

[08/22/2022 | 1:02 AM PHT] • Please be advised that IPLC is down around 12:50 AM PHT, will follow up with Telstra to check what causes now the issue

[08/22/2022 | 12:53 AM PHT] • Please be advised that IPLC has been restored around 11:53 PM PHT. Per Telstra, the reason for the outage is due to dual fiber optics cut via a submarine cable system in France. The circuit is stable for an hour and VPC latency is within the normal range. We will keep on monitoring the stability of the circuit.

[08/21/2022 | 10:36 PM PHT] • Please be advised that we have monitored the IPLC Circuit is currently down around 10:25 PM PHT, we are coordinating with Telstra to resolve the issue. Due to the way the network is set up, traffic automatically failover to the VPN connection and will experience an increase in latency with the VPCs.

[08/18/2022 | 10:32 PM PHT] •Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the affected circuit, and has been proven operational. IPLC and VPC latency are within the normal range.

[08/17/2022 | 9:24 PM PHT] • Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance on August 18, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PHT). Our service provider will perform software upgrades on their network devices.

[08/17/2022 | 9:17 PM PHT] • Please be advised that the outage is restored around 6:57 PM PHT and the latency of VPC is stable for 2 hours and within the normal range.

[08/17/2022 | 7:11 PM PHT] • Please be advised that our Internet Service Provider observed that they are having an unplanned network outage. Upon investigation, they found a fiber fault due to the ongoing government road works. The IPLC is a protected service hence the IPLC remains up on an alternate path but could have experienced 56ms switching hits added to the VPC latency due to the longer path.

We are currently investigating the root cause and we have raised the issue to our Internet Service Provider for the root cause of the issue.
