[05/09/2022| 10:00 AM] •Please be advised that there will be a scheduled maintenance on September 7, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 12:30 AM to 9:30 PM (PHT). •Our service provider will be performing a software upgrade. •During the maintenance window, our service provider advised us of an expected impact of 50ms switch hits plus loss of protection within the change window.

[05/09/2022| 10:13 PM PHT] • Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the affected circuit, and has been proven operational. IPLC and VPC latency are within the normal range.

[05/09/2022| 9:49 AM] •Please be advised that there will be a scheduled maintenance on September 5, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 12:30 AM to 9:30 PM (PHT). •Our service provider will be performing a software upgrade. •During the maintenance window, our service provider advised us of an expected 2-hour outage as the protected services are also affected since the alternate path is currently down due to a network fault. •Due to the way the network is set up, traffic should automatically failover to the VPN connection.

Network and Internet Ticket# | September 1, 2022 | IBM | One DC Uplink is down

[09/01/2022 | 10:23 PM PHT] • Please be advised that the affected link is now restored at 9:10 PM PHT and stable for almost 2 hours. Per ISP, there is a power issue with the basement power distribution that turns off all the equipment after the UPS drains. Further investigation revealed that the wiring to the main power distribution was loose.Their team takes action to retighten loose power cables to secure wires. We will send the official RFO once received.

[09/01/2022 | 4:47 PM PHT] • Please be advised that one of the Data Center uplinks going to our office in the IBM Building is currently being monitored down. We have already raised the issue to our Internet Service Provider to further investigate the issue.

[08/30/2022 | 7:52 PM PHT] • Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the affected circuit, and has been proven operational. IPLC and VPC latency are within the normal range.

[08/25/2022 | 10:41 PM PHT] • Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance on August 30, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (PHT). Our service provider will perform card reseat and/or replacement due to internal failure. During the maintenance window, our service provider advised us of an expected 1 hour outage due to the protected services are also affected as the alternate path is currently down due to a cable fault. Due to the way the network is set up, traffic should automatically failover to the VPN connection.

[08/30/2022 | 8:43 PM PHT] • We observed that the circuit is stable for 11 hours now. Per our ISP, their local loop provider will conduct a site survey in the Saint Francis Square site starting tomorrow until September 7, 2022. We will continue to chase them for the root cause of the issue.

[08/29/2022 | 11:15 PM PHT] • Please be advised that the circuit is still unstable, the last flapped was around 10:26 PM PHT. Our ISP confirmed that there is flapped since 7:36 PM PHT and already raised the concern to their local loop provider.

[08/29/2022 | 7:56 PM PHT] • Please be advised that one of the Data Center uplinks going to our office in the Saint Francis Square Building is currently unstable. We have already raised the issue to our Internet Service Provider to further investigate the issue.

[8/29/2022 | 2:56PM PHT] • Please be advised that one of our Internet Service Providers is currently down, we already raised this to our service provider for further checking. Minimal impact is expected due to having uplinks available.

[28/08/2022 | 1:51 AM] • Please be advised that one of the Data Center uplinks going to our office in Saint Francis Square Building is currently monitored down. We have already raised the issue to our Internet Service Provider to further investigate the issue.

[28/08/2022 | 2:09 AM] • Please be advised that the uplink is now up on our monitoring. We will continue to monitor for the link’s stability and will let you know if any issue arises. Updates shall be provided as soon as we receive an update from our upstream provider.
