[17/10/2022 | 12:45 PM] •Please be advised that due to an ongoing construction, one of our third-party service provider will be implementing a rerouting of fiber optics. Their technical team will do an emergency activity on October 23, 2022, at 12 midnight due to an affected fiber route, which is vulnerable to being cut off. •Expected impact will be a sixty (60) minute downtime within the maintenance window. •During the maintenance window, another uplink will still active and the impact onsite should be minimal.

The maintenance window will be from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM (PHT). • Our service provider will be performing a fiber diversion work. • During the maintenance window, our service provider advised us of an expected impact of 50ms switch hits plus loss of protection within the change window.

[10/15/2022 | 3:04 PM] •Please be advised that we have just received a notice from our service provider that they will be conducting emergency maintenance on October 16, 2022, Sunday from 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM (PH Time). There will be a Forty-five (45) minute service interruption within the maintenance window affecting network traffic passing through the data center link between TIM and ETP Datacenter.

[10/09/2022 | 7:59 PM] •Please be advised that we will be conducting an ESXi maintenance affecting all sites starting from 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM (PHT) today, 9th of October 2022. •The maintenance will be affecting our VPN connectivity and our primary DNS. •Due to the way our network is setup, the secondary DNS will be up and running during the maintenance.
