• Event : Planned Internet Service Provider Maintenance.

• Schedule: December 18, 2022 (Sunday) | 12:00 MN to 5:00 AM (PHT).

• Backup Schedule: January 08, 2023 (Tuesday) | 12:00 MN to 5:00 AM (PHT).

• Activity Details: One of our internet service provider will be conducting a tunnel modification to optimize their transport network and to provide more stable link and reliable connection.

Service Impact: During the maintenance window, there would be a latency increase of 50ms switch hits on the internet and network connectivity at our SFS site.

• Event : Data Center Uplink Provider Maintenance.

• Schedule : December 16, 2022 (Friday) | 5:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight (PHT).

• Activity Details : Our data center uplink provider will be conducting a migration on one of their devices to provide more stable router and to prevent projected router failure.

• Service Impact : During the maintenance window, a two-15 minutes of internet interruption will be experience.

• Maintenance Result: Successfully Completed, No Issues.

• Event : IPLC Connectivity Maintenance

• Schedule : December 14, 2022 (Wednesday) | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details: One of our internet service provider will be repairing an identified cable fault. During the maintenance window, an increase on latency of 50ms switch hits plus loss of protection is expected.

• Service Impact: Latency Increase and Loss of Protection on NCP IPLC Connectivity

• Maintenance Result: Successfully Completed

• Event: Data Center Uplink Provider Maintenance at IBM Office

• Scheduled: December 11, 2022 (Sunday) - December 12, 2022 (Monday) |10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (PHT)

• Details: Due to software end-of-life, our third-party network provider has scheduled emergency maintenance. Maximum of 40 minutes downtime on one of our circuits connecting our IBM office to one of our data centers.

• Service Impact: Minimal to impact because another uplink to our internet gateway is available.

• Maintenance Result: Successfully Completed

• Event : IPLC Connectivity Maintenance

• Schedule : December 10, 2022 (Saturday) | 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details: One of our internet service provider will be performing a required hardware installation on of their devices. During the maintenance window, an increase on latency of 50ms switch hits plus loss of protection is expected.

• Service Impact: Latency Increase and Loss of Protection on NCP IPLC Connectivity

• Result: Completed Successfully.

• Event : Power Maintenance.

• Scheduled : December 09, 2022 (Friday) | 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM (PHT)

• Details: Due to delays of the resource person the time has been adjusted from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

• Service Impact: Power, network, and internet connectivity will be impacted during the said activity.

• Result: Completed Successfully

• Event: Planned SSL Certificate Update on Access Points

• Scheduled: December 8, 2022 (Wednesday) | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (PHT).

• Details: There will be an update on the SSL Certificates of Access Points on the mentioned sites. The WI-Fi users on the mentioned sites will experience a 15-20 minute intermittency on their wireless connectivity.

• Event : Firewall SSL VPN Certificate Update

• Scheduled : December 7, 2022 (Wednesday) | 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM (PHT)

• Details: This activity will patch the newly provided certificate into our firewall since our current SSL VPN certificate is about to expire on December 30, 2022.

• Service Impact: None

• Notes: Completed with no issues encountered.

• Event : Power Service Interruption.

• Unscheduled : December 04, 2022 (Sunday) | 12:30 PM (PHT).

• Details: No power has been observed at ASB.

• Service Impact: Building Power Supply

• Event : Power Service Interruption.

• Unscheduled : December 01, 2022 (Thursday) | 5:01 PM – 6:13 PM (PHT).

• Details: The building main power line is now back on its normal operation as of 6:13 PM (PHT). We are still in coordination with the building admin in NTB site to get the root cause of this power service interruption.

• Service Impact: Partial Impact on Building Power Supply - Recovered.

• Event : Power Service Interruption.

• Unscheduled : December 01, 2022 (Thursday) | 5:01 PM (PHT) - Ongoing.

• Details: There is an ongoing power outage at NTB site and we are still in coordination with the building admin to know the details of the power outage. Currently, the building supply is running on genset.
