• Activity Details: One of our internet service provider will be conducting a relocation on one of their device cable due to bridge construction at London. During the maintenance window, an increase latency of 50ms switch hits plus loss of protection is expected.

• Activity Details: Our team is currently waiting a confirmation from our internet service provider if this activity is already completed as we have not yet received any updates and seems not yet executed. We are now doing necessary follow ups to get the current status of this activity.

• Activity Details: As per our internet service provider this has been successfully completed as scheduled. As per our checking, the affected circuit is stable and operational as usual and have not seen any issues inline the completion of the activity maintenance.

• Activity Details: Our internet service provider informed us that the scheduled maintenance activity will be deferred on the Primary schedule provided due to operational issues. With this, They will proceed on the Backup scheduled maintenance activity.

• Activity Details: One of our internet service provider will be conducting a tunnel modification to optimize their transport network and to provide more stable link and reliable connection.

Service Impact: During the maintenance window, there would be a latency increase of 50ms switch hits on the internet and network connectivity at our SFS site.

• Details : One of our circuit uplinks is currently monitored as down. We are already coordinating this to our internet service provider and waiting for their response. Just a partial to NO impact should be expected as we have another circuit uplink available to our internet gateway.

• Service Impact : Partial to NO Impact on Network and Internet Connectivity

• Update: Isolation to be continued tomorrow, fault found 110m away from the switch.

• Status: The circuit was restored.
