• Additional Notes: Power testing on site has been completed as confirmed by Building Administration at 11:00 PM.

• Event : IPLC Connectivity Outage

• Schedule : December 29, 2022 (Monday) |12:02 PM (PHT) - 1:48 PM (PHT)

• Details: IPLC is currently down and has been reported to our Internet Service Provider for further investigation.

• Service Impact: Increased latency on VPCs

• Status: Restored

• Root Cause: Network outage on the Philippine backhaul segment.

• Event : IPLC Connectivity Outage

• Schedule : December 26, 2022 (Monday) |7:30 PM (PHT) - 11:57 PM (PHT)

• Details : IPLC is currently down and has been reported to our Internet Service Provider for further investigation.

• Service Impact : Increased latency on VPCs

• Status: Circuit was restored, per initial investigation, the outage was caused by a dual fiber cut in the ISP's terrestrial network.
