• Event : Data Center Monthly Load Testing of Generator Sets - TIM Data Center - Cavite

• Activity Details : One of our data centers will conduct monthly load testing on its generator sets. The goal of this activity testing is to ensure that their power generators meet the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards for security and reliability. There will be no impact during the maintenance window.

• Activity Details : One of our service provider will perform necessary cables works due to Network Growth. During the window time, eight (8) hours of downtime on the affected circuit is expected since the link will be down and alternate path will also be impacted by the current cable fault. However, due to our way the network is setup all traffic will be automatically failover to VPN connection resulting to increase latency in NCP VPC’s.

• Activity Details : One of our internet service provider will be conducting a software upgrade on one of the device to its latest patch version to provide a more stable and reliable network connection. During the maintenance window, there will be a two (2) hours maximum downtime on the affected circuit but due to our way the network is setup a partial to no impact on network and internet connectivity maybe experience as we have another circuit internet uplink is available.

• Event : Provider Emergency Maintenance

• Schedule : April 21, 2023 (Friday) - April 22, 2023 (Saturday) - | 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our internet service provider will conduct an emergency maintenance to prevent a prolonged outage caused by a projected router failure. During the maintenance window, a 30 minute service interruption on their circuit will be experienced, however due to the way our network is configured, Minimal to no impact may experience.

We have observed that the IPLC is currently down, we are coordinating with our ISP to check the issue. Will provide updates accordingly.

• Activity Details : We just received an update from our GDB site that the main power has been restored and back to normal. We are still waiting for the facilities and building admin for the root cause of the outage

• Activity Details : We just received a report that our site at GDB Angeles is currently experiencing a total power supply outage and there were no Gensets as of the moment. We are now coordinating this with our facilities and building admin to get the root cause of the outage. We will update you accordingly.

• Activity Details: Our ISP restored the circuit at 5:40 PM (PHT), and it has been stable for 5 hours now. We have already requested an incident report for this interruption and will continue to monitor the circuit's stability.

• Activity Details: We just received an update from our service provider and they determined that the outage is due to a dual fiber outage found between Cavite and Makati affecting Philippine customers. No estimated time for restoration (ETR) yet provided but we are on a constant contact with them and will provide updates accordingly.

• Unscheduled : April 11, 2023 (Wednesday) | 1:51 PM – 1:55 AM (PHT) – Restored

• Activity Details : Our internet uplink has been restored by our service provider at exactly 1:55 AM today and has been UP and Stable for five (5) hours now. As per our ISP the outage was caused by a subsea cable fault impacting our internet circuit.

• Activity Details : One of our internet service provider circuit uplink has been monitored down. We are already coordinating this incident to our provider and waiting for their response. Due to the way our network is setup, there will be minimal to no impact on network and internet connectivity as we have another available circuit uplink to carry over the load traffic.
